Evaluation
At the end of each training program, participants complete an evaluation form. The non-personal data collected from this will be offered to the client with consent of the participants.

Confidentiality
Information about the organization and participants is confidential; nothing will be disclosed without the client's permission. Confidentiality also applies to the workshops and training courses, and no specific information will be shared with the organization which participants work for. This accounts for trainers as well as participants and agreements on this will be made with the participants during the training.

Offers
The first meeting is always free of charge.
Upon request, an offer will be made with a clear estimate of the expected costs. Acceptance of the assignment takes place through a written and signed order confirmation.

Payment
After acceptance of the order, 30% of the total fee is immediately billable. Subsequently, at the end of each month, the work performed in that month will be billable.
Invoices are subject to a payment term of 21 days. If the agreed term of payment is exceeded, the costs of collection shall be borne by the client.

Special situations
In case of force majeure on my part (e.g. illness), I will immediately contact the client about replacement, or another type of solution (e.g. change of training date).

If for any reason there is force majeure on the part of the client to allow the training to take place, I will discuss the cause and look at possible alternatives together with the client. Without agreed alternative, I will charge 50% of the fee for cancellation one month or more prior to the agreed date; 75% for cancellation within one month before the agreed date, 100% for cancellation within one week before the agreed date.

Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction, keeping appointments and meeting the goals of a project are my main concerns. Should there be any dissatisfaction with the execution of assignments or other matters, please contact me immediately.
