Campfire coaching
I have a lot on my mind, it's complex stuff and I don't see the direction I need to choose yet. Somewhere I should know the answer myself but I can't get to it. I need a sparring partner, an external pair of eyes who sees me, acknowledges my situation and get it, and then asks me good questions, who truly understands me. Who helps me explore and deepen. I am looking for inspiration and fulfillment, need nourishment, new energy. I need to break free from the familiar routine and see things from a different perspective.
Campfire Coaching
For people with a complex job or phase in their (personal) life, I offer campfire coaching: sessions of half a day in a 1-1 setting. As a personal coach I am a present listening, mirroring, questioning and, if necessary, confronting. The context is completely different from a corporate office building; we are together in nature, taking a walk, being inspired by what we see, hear and feel. And at a campfire, we take advantage of a phenomenon that has existed since time immemorial: we warm ourselves by the fire while being together, being present, having a meaningful conversation. Sometimes there is silence, sometimes we dwell on emotions that are there. We take our time so that what was complicated can unfold.
In the hustle and bustle of a demanding job and busy personal life, it is often quite a challenge to really take time for something, to really stop and consider and feel what choice is at hand. There might also be moments and phases in life when you ask too much of yourself, when the tension curve is too long. Then it is important to also take a moment for yourself, to release tension and blow off steam, to recover.
People go home with new insights, recharged and grateful for the strengthened connection with their own core, with their own wisdom.
Campfire coaching usually starts late afternoon and is held in the Doesburg / Zutphen area. A simple meal is part of the program. Please contact me for more information.
People-made is custom-made. Every human being is unique, en every situation is unique. To effectively anticipate to this, requires an open mind and attitude, with respect and recognition to what is present, being it visible or non-visible.
